Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Azorro (“we”, “us”) is a pipeline generation agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

We’ve written it in plain English rather than legal language. If anything is unclear, email security@azorro.agency and we’ll explain it.

The data we hold, and why

We process personal data in three situations.

1. If you visit this website

What we collect: nothing that identifies you. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs - IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type - for security and reliability. We do not use these to build a picture of individual visitors.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests - keeping the site available and secure.

2. If you contact us, or we contact you

What we collect: name, job title, employer, business email address, business phone number, and a record of our correspondence. We also record publicly available information about the organisation you work for - funding, hiring, leadership changes, published priorities - where it is relevant to whether our services would be useful to you.

Where it comes from: you, your employer’s website, public professional networks, published company filings, and licensed business data providers.

Why: to determine whether there is a plausible reason to make contact, and to make that contact relevant rather than generic.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests - specifically our interest, and our clients’ interest, in identifying organisations that may benefit from services relevant to their stated commercial priorities. We have assessed this against your rights and consider the processing proportionate because it concerns business contact details in a professional context, it is limited to individuals whose role makes the subject matter relevant, and it is straightforward to stop.

You can stop it at any time. Reply to any message asking us to stop, or email security@azorro.agency. We will remove you and record your details on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.

3. If you become a client, or work for one

What we collect: contact details, correspondence, contractual and billing information, and the information you share with us to deliver the work.

Why: to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for accounting records.

Who we share it with

We share personal data with:

  • Our clients, where we have identified a potential opportunity on their behalf. This is the purpose of our service.
  • Service providers who help us operate - email, CRM, analytics, hosting and accounting. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it is held

Our systems are primarily hosted in the UK, the EEA and the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

  • Prospect data: for as long as there is a plausible commercial reason to hold it, and reviewed at least annually. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum needed to honour that request indefinitely - that is the only way to guarantee we do not contact you again.
  • Client data: for the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
  • Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short period and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Be told what personal data we hold about you and why
  • Access a copy of it
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Erase it, in certain circumstances
  • Restrict how we use it
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests - including direct marketing, where the objection is absolute and we must stop
  • Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent, where consent is the basis, at any time
  • Raise the matter with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these, email security@azorro.agency. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for it to work. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking, and no analytics - so there is nothing for you to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

If that changes, this policy will be updated first and you will be asked before anything non-essential is set.

Automated decision-making

We use software to help identify organisations that may be relevant to our clients. A person reviews and decides on every organisation and every individual before any contact is made. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you by automated means alone.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified to clients directly.
